Will Deathstroke Still Be In The DCEU?

Joe Mangiello Talks About Deathstroke.

So Joe Mangiello briefly talk to The Hollywood Reporter about whether he's still going to be Deathstroke or not. He simply put it as he knows whether he's still Deathstroke or not, but he's not allowed to tell anyone yet. We will probably hear a yes or no from a high Warner Bros. studio executive or maybe Matt Reeves. So with Matt Reeves directing the next solo Batman film it raises the question if Deathstroke will be used. The reason why is because Matt Reeves said he wants to do a Batman trilogy that is more like a noir film and emphasizes on his detective skills. Now, perhaps Deathstroke would be a nice foil to the movies because he's a highly intelligent gun for hire. He doesn't only go toe to toe with Batman in terms of intelligence, but he can go toe to toe with him in combat. Deathstroke also has a healing factor that's not quite as fast as Wolverines or Deadpool but it does make him hard to kill. He also is skilled with every sort of weapon and has amazing combat skills. So perhaps in the solo Batman films we will have Batman hunting down Deathstroke who wad hired by someone to kill either one person or many. That way we get an amazing display of Batman' s detective skills and get the fan service of someone actually able to beat Batman in hand to hand combat. Deathstroke isn't necessarily one of the most well known Batman villains but I believe he would be perfect in order to bring more villains from the Batman comics, into the Batman movies. Though with all the changes going on in the DCEU, Joe Mangiello may not be part of it anymore since he was brought on before all the changes. Let me know what you guys think, whether or not he will still be Deathstroke in the future DCEU films or not. As always thank you for taking time out of your day to read this blog and please comment and share if you liked this topic I discussed.
