Thor Ragnarok Gets Good Reviews
Thor Ragnarok Is Getting Amazing Reviews.
For the past week Marvel Studios has let many critics share their brief thoughts of Thor Ragnarok on Twitter. The actual movie embargo lifts two weeks before its release date which is very positive. Most movies have the embargo lift a couple of days before the film or maybe even a week, but two weeks means that Marvel has a lot of faith in Thor Ragnarok. When a studio doesn't have confidence in their film, they'll have the embargo lift like 24 hours before the movie which would be a red flag to everyone. Back to the reviews, everyone is saying that Thor Ragnarok is a very fun and hilarious film that revitalizes the Thor character.
There is high praise for every actor and actress in the movie and the movie is entertaining through and through. Mark Ruffalo also talked to the media about the Hulk, saying that the hero will have a three story arc in the next few Marvel films. All this high praise makes me very excited for the film because what we have heard from critics, is what is being shown in the marketing. Thor Ragnarok is Marvel's shortest film to date but from what we hear, you will be entertained from beginning to the end. If there was one negative from any critic, it was that the first thirty minutes kind of stumbles with its story but gets right on track quickly.
I'm sure Thor Ragnarok will have a big opening weekend but of course two weeks later, Justice League comes out. So we'll see who has the better legs from week to week once each movie is out in theatres. Chris Hemsworth himself has said that he started getting bored with the character up to this movie, but then Taika Waititi pitched a great story for Thor Ragnarok that got him excited to make the film. All in all, Thor Ragnarok will hopefully live up to all the hype and perhaps make people consider Thor the best Avenger of the group.
