Samuel L. Jackson's Not In Avengers 3 & 4

Samuel L. Jackson Has Not Taken Part In Avengers 3 & 4.

Today Samuel L. Jackson talked to Yahoo! about how Marvel Studios hasn't contacted him for any of their upcoming movies. Samuel L. Jackson plays Nick Fury, the head of S.H.I.E.L.D which makes his character very important in the Marvel movies. We know that Nick Fury will appear in "Captain Marvel" portraying a younger version of himself. Other than that, we haven't seen Nick Fury since "Avengers: Age of Ultron. Though with "Avengers: Infinity War", it wouldn't make sense if he didn't have a role to play in that very important movie.

Samuel L. Jackson himself has repeatedly stated that he would love to continue playing the character, all Marvel has to do is ask. Yesterday when he talked to Yahoo!, he actually seemed a but frustrated that he hasn't gotten a call for any upcoming Marvel movies. He states how he wasn't even asked to be in "Black Panther" which is a big deal to him since it's the first Marvel movie led by black protagonist(excluding Blade). Samuel L. Jackson did help start the entire Marvel Universe when he showed up for a post-credit in "Iron Man". So why hasn't Marvel felt the need to bring him back in the movies as Nick Fury?

No one knows the answer except Marvel Studios, I mean perhaps they just want it to be a surprise. Though, the way Samuel L. Jackson seemed frustrated tells me he's not in on the little secret. Or maybe they will continue like in the comics and have Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders character) take on as the lead for S.H.I.E.L.D. . Perhaps it's time for someone else to take over Nick Fury's role in all of the Marvel films. All I know is I would like to see Samuel L. Jackson in more Marvel movies but if they have an interesting way to have someone replace him, I would be ok. As always thank you for taking time out of your day to read this blog and please comment and share if you liked this topic I discussed.
