My Thoughts On War For The Planet Of The Apes.

So I recently watched the new Planet Of The Apes movie and I just wanted to share my quick thoughts on it. I honestly thought it was a really good movie but the title itself can be somewhat misleading. The third installment in the franchise is in my opinion the second best, right behind Dawn of The Planet of The Apes. Now that's not to say this third movie is a step down or anything, it gives fans the wrap up they want for the trilogy. There have been other trilogy's that have faltered in the third movie like "The Godfather 3 and The Dark Knight Rises". This movie doesn't deal with so much war tropes like tons of action and gruesome imagery but more on the drama of war. Both sides don't necessarily want to fight but like Woody Harrelson's character said in the trailers, mankind is backed up into a corner on the edge of extinction. Though for Ceasar, he's dealing with a war he never wanted, he wants to just protect his kind but in the movie there are things taken from him that force him to act against the humans. I don't want to get into spoilers but there is an ape in there called Bad Ape and he is a breath of fresh air in the movie. The movie is more of a drama and deals with Caesar's inner demons and the after effects of the ape Koba. It doesn't hesitate to go into sad moments which it does throughout the movie. I would say just don't go in expecting and all in war, expect more of a drama and really good story. The movie also isn't unrelenting with the pace of the movie, now that's not to say the movie is slow but there is still a lot of story the director Matt Reeves wants to tell. All in all, this was a great movie with amazing characters that are motion capture masterpieces and will go down in history as one of the best trilogy's. Injustice 2 Patch: Supergirl Top 5?

Is Supergirl Now A Top 5 Injustice 2 Character? So another character that got some fixes was Supergirl,  mostly making her a little bit powerful. Though, another thing I noticed is with her combos, if they don't land and are block or they missed, she's less likely to get punished for it. From my understanding on reading the patch notes, if takes her less frame to recover from an attack. I've played Supergirl the last two days and I actually enjoy the character a lot more. She has become not more versatile, but more forgiving of mistakes. Though with the less framerates after every combo, you can follow up block hits with one of her specials. Het specials are what her more of a top 5 character to play. She has her teleport with flying from one side of the stage to the other if you're trying to close the distance. Also, she has her laser beams if you wanna zone a bit or let's say you run into situations with someone like Sub-Zero. If gone against a bit of Sub-Zeros

Justice League First Reactions

Justice League First Reactions Hit Twitter. So yesterday evening, few critics were allowed to share their quick reactions to Justice League on Twitter. I won't go thoroughly through each one, but the overall feel we get from the tweets. So overall, all tweets are luke warm to positive, the two common negatives that are addressed by most reactions is a thin story and weak villian. Then of course some of the positives are each member of the team, their dynamic together, and the lighter tone. Then, each critic says either this is a big or small step in the right direction which is positive in my opinion. Whether or not the step is huge or small, the fact is so far the movie isn't divisive at all. They got the most important thing to do in a superhero movie done and that's make the characters intriguing.
