Justice League Trailer #2 Thoughts

So the new Justice League trailer came out to day of course since it's Warner Bros. turn to unveil things at San Diego Comic Con. The trailer is also out on YouTube if you haven't watched it yet. Now, Imma just get the obvious out of the way, I loved the new trailer. If you haven't read my past blogs then you don't know I'm a huge superhero fan no matter which studio the heroes are from. Though even though I've loved a lot that Marvel and other studios have done. I've always been a little sad that DC hasn't quite got there footing when it comes to how much people love their movies. I'm talking of course about after "The Dark Knight Trilogy". In the new DCEU all the movies pre-Wonder Woman have had mixed reviews. I've personally enjoyed all of the film's and know how much potential the cinematic universe can have. So then an amazing film called "Wonder Woman" came out after a lot of fans and critics started giving up on DCEU movies. That movie got a lot of fans and critics back on board or at least having a little hope for the next installment for DC which is Justice League. So Justice League has a lot that it needs to deliver or we're back to the whole "Reboot the whole thing" topic. So now back to the trailer, I've always been like I said, a huge superhero fan, and this trailer delivered me everything I wanted to see. Each character gets their moment to shine in the new trailer and it shows how much fun the movie will be. We more of an understanding the threat the league will have to face and also a little bit more funnier moments to be had in the film. That's what stands out the most to me, one complaint always going around fans and media is that all DCEU movies are too dark and boring. To be totally honest with you I'm ok with the dark tone but even then, when it comes to real life situations that are sad and dark. There are always moment of brief laughter or comedy to lighten the mood so I get all the complaints. Though now they don't necessarily emphasize on the humor in the Justice League movie but they're at least showing people that it's there. So now to say who I thought stood out in the trailer to me, and that is two of my favorite DC characters. Those two will be Aquaman and The Flash, they seem to have the funniest lines and most badass moments. Now if you don't know my favorite DC character is Aquaman and it's nice to see that the studio is finally using him to his fullest potential. Then, there is The Flash, I do watch the tv show and I've though they've done a pretty decent job for him in the show, but man when he is burning through that speed force in the new trailer I got giddy. I believe that without a doubt, this movie will be fun and awesome since it has such a rich, full story to tell. As always thank you for taking time out of your day to read this blog.
